How do I get my hotel
listed on your website?
In order to be listed on Interactive Affiliate Network
your property must be either linked directly with Sabre
or Pegasus (a GDS) or with a property management company
that is linked to these suppliers. This allows us to
pull availability from these GDS systems and provide our
customers with a real-time hotel generated confirmation. |

What if my hotel is already
listed with Hotels.com, Sabre, or Worldspan; how do I
get on your website?
If your property is currently listed in Hotels.com,
Sabre or Worldspan, we should already be able to pull
availability from your property and add you to our
website. If you do not see your property listed it may
be because there are outstanding commissions due. Please
check the monthly statement you receive from us with all
outstanding commissions and contact the Collector listed
to discuss your account. If you do not have a monthly
faxed statement, please contact us using
this form. |

What is a GDS or management
company and what do they do?
A GDS (Global Distribution System) will obtain
availability and rates for your property from either you
directly or through your property management company. A
listing in a GDS will give thousands of travel agents
and agencies throughout the world the ability to make
bookings for your property. A GDS system or property
management company is needed when listing with
Interactive Affiliate Network. This will allow us to
access your hotel information, rates, availability, and
correct any problems that may occur. |

What does it cost to be listed?
Your property can appear on Interactive Affiliate
Network free of charge, but a transaction fee maybe
assessed by the GDS or property management system you
choose. Regardless of what transaction fees you may pay
to other parties, Interactive Affiliate Network expects
to receive the standard commission rate of 10% on each
confirmed booking made through its web site. |

What commission percentage is
to be paid to IAN?
By having your property appear on Interactive Affiliate
Network you are agreeing to pay a 10% commission on all
confirmed bookings. This commission is an addition to
any fees or charges paid to any GDS or property
management company. Failure to pay this commission will
result in removal of your property from Interactive
Affiliate Network. You will be invoiced monthly for the
amount of commission due. |

How do I get listed higher in
the search results on the web site?
If you would like to be considered for the preferred
property program and be listed higher on our site you
may consider listing your property with negotiated rates
through Hotel Reservation Network (HRN). In certain high
volume markets, HRN has the capability of booking
properties that are not listed in GDS systems. HRN
handles these types of bookings by contracting with the
property directly. The contract would include a net rate
(non-commissionable) and an allocation of rooms per
night. HRN would charge the customer up front for the
reservation and then be direct billed by the property
upon checkout. In return for the allotment and net
rates, your property would hold a top position on
Interactive Affiliate Network with a listing in the
"Special Internet Rates" section. If you would like to
be considered for the preferred property program and
your property is located in a high leisure market
handled by HRN, please feel free to contact HRN by
visiting

| 2 - Ensure all commission payments are up to date.
We give all properties a Confidence Rating based on a
commission payment performance, and this rating
determines the order of the search results. Properties
with timely payments and high commission percentages
will achieve a higher rating and appear higher in the
search results. Properties with too low a rating will be
removed from the site altogether. Every month you should
be receiving a monthly statement showing all outstanding
reservations and the contact information for a Collector
to contact regarding any questions. If you do not have a
monthly faxed statement, please contact us using
this form. |

What is the Confidence Rating?
Your hotel earns points in various categories related to
its commission payment performance. The accumulative
number of points is called the Confidence Rating. The
higher the Confidence Rating, the higher your property
will appear in the search results. Properties with too
low a rating will be removed from the site altogether.
Your Confidence Rating is reported to you every month in
the monthly statement sent to your property showing all
outstanding reservations. This statement also provides
the contact information for a Collector to contact
regarding any questions you have about your account or
Confidence Rating. If you do not have a monthly faxed
statement, please contact us using
this form. Properties with a net rate contract with
Hotels.com are not ordered on the site by Confidence
Rating. |

What is the impact of the
Confidence Rating on my property?
The higher the Confidence Rating, the higher your
property will appear in the search results. Properties
with too low a rating will be removed from the site
altogether. Properties with a net rate contract with
Hotels.com are not ordered on the site by Confidence
Rating. |

How do I make changes to my
information on your site?
Any changes that need to be made to the information
about the property as well as availability and rates
need to be addressed directly with your property
distributors (Sabre, Pegasus, HRN, and other property
management companies) or through your hotel chain's
management group. Interactive Affiliate Network cannot
make these changes for you either directly to the web
site or with the distributors. |

Can I submit pictures of my
hotel?
The pictures of your property will need to be sent to
Hotels.com, Sabre or Worldspan so we can access the
pictures and add them to our web site. We do not accept
direct submissions of photos or descriptive property
information. |

Can I be listed under more
than one city?
Hotels are included in search results based on
geographically defined cities. The specific latitude and
longitude of your property will determine the cities in
which it appears. We cannot force your property to
appear in any specific destination. |
